Big news! Couleur Café brings summer one step closer with these 12 new names and a complete dub stage line-up.
Starting on Friday, 23/6, with the breathtaking Jaz Elise, a young Jamaican singer with undeniable talent and a vibrant voice. Also coming to brighten up the first day of Couleur Café is Brussels-based M.CHUZI and their sunny afrobeats.
On Saturday, British rapper ArrDee comes over to confirm his rapid rise in the hip-hop scene. Good electro vibes are guaranteed with Brussels producer Kuna Maze, who's all set to serve up his harmonious cocktail of jazz, hip-hop and slow house. The Black Stage is preparing for the princess of amapiano, Uncle Waffles and the Ugandan Kampire, a true icon of the electronic music scene in East Africa.
On Sunday, Belgian-Congolese singer, composer and dancer Reinel Bakole will provide a true spectacle.
Once again, this year the Dub Stage will be hosted by Brussels-based Reggaebus SoundSystem. In addition to the previously announced artists (Kanka, Dub Engine, Bisou, Wicked & Bonnny, King Shiloh, Iration Steppas, Joe Yorke & Eeyun Purkins and Atili), Mahom also joins the list with his smoking hot riddims. The next stop is overseas with British dub icon Vandal, who brings real underground hardtek and hardcore dub. Little Lion Sound from Geneva brings an irresistible mix of dub, dancehall and afrobeats. To complete this mad dub stage line-up; straight from Jamaica, legendary reggae icon Anthony B with his delicious upbeat flows.
