At Couleur Café, we believe a real party is one where everyone feels safe, welcome, and respected. That’s why our CARE program is once again a core value of our festival to make sure everyone can fully enjoy the weekend.

At the same time, we know festivals have an impact on the environment. With GREEN, we’re doing everything we can to keep our impact as small as possible all while celebrating in the beautiful Osseghem Park. Because for us, good music and good vibes go hand in hand with care and responsibility.

CARE TEAM & CARE ZONE
 

The Care Team is here to listen and support you if you are a witness or a victim of any difficult situation—whether it’s harassment, feeling overwhelmed, or any other problem. It is made up of over fifty volunteers keen to create an inclusive and caring atmosphere for everyone on the Couleur Café site. You can recognize them by their pink shirt and pink balloon.

Located right next to the Red Cross station, the Care Zone is open to everyone. It’s a space to talk, pause and feel supported, whether you’ve experienced violence, discrimination or if you’re just not feeling 100%. A breastfeeding area is also available in the Care Zone.

Because hard moments don’t follow a schedule, our CARE hotline is available around the clock, even on WhatsApp: 0470 09 99 01. Please use it only within the scope of the CARE service.

GREEN

Together with our team and eco-volunteers, we do our best to keep our impact on the environment as low as possible.
Did you know that...

• During the festival, we have a recycling park on site with 6 fragments.
• We hang 250 ashtrays in trees and hand out 15,000 pocket ashtrays to visitors.
• During the build-up and breakdown, we protect the roots of trees and use grass protection systems to preserve the park.
• Leftover items from the bars, decorations and unclaimed camping gear are donated after the festival.
• The park is cleaned every morning by our lovely team of volunteers

Here are a few ways you can help during the festival:

• Come by train and enjoy an SNCB discount. We even have night trains to certain destinations.
• Use the free STIB night shuttles and trams.
• Park your bike at our secured bicycle parking.
• Take care of your reusable cup and eco-token!
• Use the pocket ashtrays.
• Throw your trash in the designated trash bins.
• Bring a refillable water bottle and fill it up for free.
