At Couleur Café, we have a clear mission: to delight our vistors’ taste buds with unforgettable culinary experiences! By taking them on a journey through exotic flavors and offering unique dishes, we try to do well by our guests and the planet. Local, sustainable, eco-friendly? That's our mantra! And, of course, restaurateurs must also play their part by joining this wonderful, responsible adventure.
That is why we choose:
- A wide variety of cuisines, with at least 50% vegetarian dishes
- Local and organic produce, because eating well meansdoing well.
- Biodegradable materials for everyone (public and staff – everyone participates!).
- Waste sorting: a collective effort, for visitors and merchants alike.
- Fair prices for the public and accessible stands for you – everyone wins!
- Simplified payment methods (Payconiq or cash) to keep everything running smoothly!
In practice, this means:
- Biodegradable cutlery and dishes are mandatory,.
- Cash and Payconiq by Bancontact as the only payment methods, keeping it simple.
- Maximum of 4 dishes on the menu, at least 1 offering @ 5€.
Minimum requirements for your application to be considered:
- 50% vegetarian dishes
- Work with 2 local (Belgian) suppliers

PARTICIPATE IN THE SELECTION PROCESS
Tell us everything about your eco-responsible actions! We want to know how you care for the planet and its people.
- Add photos of your stand, with attractive images of your dishes, team, and setup.
- Provide your final menu (dishes and prices) – we love clarity, so no changes after approval!
- Ensure everything is completed online, and all requested documents are submitted; otherwise, your application cannot be considered.
- For food trucks, please provide your VINCOTTE certification or equivalent.
ATTENTION: FORBIDDEN
- No charcoal or wood for cooking – only gas or electric cooking is allowed (better for the air we breathe!).
- No junk food! Chips, cotton candy, waffles, hot dogs, churros, and other sweets are not welcome. We focus on healthier options!
- Drinks are not allowed to be sold – focus solely on food.
