ARTICLE 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION

All festival participants (henceforth referred to as festivalgoers) explicitly acknowledge that, prior to purchase of their ticket, they have read and accepted these present General Conditions of the Event as well as the General Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2: TICKETS

The ticket price includes:

• Service charges
• Access to all concerts & activities on the festival site
• Access to the Camping (upon purchasing a Combi + Camping ticket) on the days and times mentioned on the ticket,
• SNCB/NMBS code, which gives a discount on all domestic train journeys to and from Brussels South and Schaerbeek from the opening day of the festival up to and including the Monday immediately following the festival. 

Depending on your needs, we offer the following products:

A Festival Ticket: This is the ticket that gives you access to the festival grounds for the duration of your choice (3 DAY PASS or 1 DAY PASS). This ticket also gives you access to the above services. You must exchange this ticket for a festival bracelet at the entrance of the event. Only the bracelet you receive will give you access to the festival.

Camping Ticket: This is the ticket that gives you access to the Camping area for 3 days. You must have a Combi + Camping ticket to access this area. You must exchange this ticket for a Camping bracelet at the camping entrance. Only this bracelet will give you access to the Camping and Festival. More info on the camping in our Camping Charter.
Camping Car Ticket: This is the ticket that gives 1 vehicle ( mobil homes, caravans, vans but no regular cars) access to the Camping area for 3 days. Every person who comes with this vehicle must have a Combi + Camping ticket to access this area. This ticket must be filled in and placed on the vehicle’s dashboard throughout the entire camping stay.  More info on the camping in our Camping Charter.

ARTICLE 3: RESERVATION

The only way to buy a valid ticket is through the official ticket shop: https://www.couleurcafe.be/en/tickets/, and via our ticketing partners. Only our official partners have the right to organize contests where tickets are given away for free. Our prices are those indicated on our website. These rates are always communicated in Euros, with VAT, taxes & service charges included.

All reserved tickets will be sent electronically to the email address indicated at the time of booking. This means that you will receive a PDF file via e-mail.

The reservation is final as soon as the payment is made. The purchase is then definitive, and your festival tickets are not refundable. Exchanges are possible in certain cases, which will be reviewed case by case by the Paylogic Customer Service. 

As a buyer, you are asked to thoroughly check the content of the e-mail received after you place your order, as well as the correct reception of your tickets (PDF files). If we would have failed to correctly perform our service, you, as a purchaser, have seven (7) days to notify us. In order to do so, it is always necessary to communicate a written and coherent explanation to the Paylogic Customer Service Department. If your complaint is declared admissible, we will of course correct our errors. If you do not submit your complaint within the prescribed period, your rights of complaint will be annulled.

The Consumer’s Right of Retraction is not applicable, since the service sold is a leisure activity and is carried out directly. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you declare as a consumer that you no longer have the right of withdrawal once Couleur Café Festival and Paylogic have performed the requested service.

ARTICLE 4: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Your tickets do not give access to a reserved and specific spot on the festival site nor on the campsite. All tickets must be exchanged for a bracelet at the festival or camping entrance. Any counterfeiting of the ticket or bracelet will give rise to criminal prosecution. No tickets and/or wristbands will be refunded or replaced.

Only the first person presenting himself with the original festival tickets will have access to the event or campsite. This person must be able to prove that his or her identity is the same as the one indicated on the ticket. It is therefore essential to ensure that no one can copy your festival ticket.

Changes to the artistic line up do not result in a partial nor full refund of the festival ticket. In case of force majeure, the responsibility of the organizer will not be engaged, nor can the organizer be obliged to reimburse ticket holders. 

By purchasing a festival ticket, you as a visitor expressly agree to be bound by our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any failure to comply with these regulations will be sanctioned. Couleur Café Festival reserves the right to refuse access to the site to any individual, if there are sufficient reasons to do so. You are solely responsible for any breach of payment. You are also required to indemnify Couleur Café Festival against all possible consequences of your breach, including third party claims. We also retain the right to take the necessary legal measures.
