Dino d’Santiago invites Mayra Andrade & Batukadeiras

If you weren't at Dino D'Santiago's performance last year, you missed one of the festival's best moments. Good news: he's back this year, and hitting even harder (which is saying something). Harder how? By bringing the talented Mayra Andrade on stage — velvet vocals shifting between Portuguese, Creole, French and English, blending afrobeats, traditional Cape Verdean sounds and urban pop. And as if that wasn't enough: Batukadeiras will be there too, an all-female crew performing batuke, one of Cape Verde's oldest music and dance traditions. Let’s just say it’s gonna be monumental.
