Accessibility for people with disabilities
Couleur Café is committed to offering an inclusive and accessible festival for everyone. Dedicated volunteers and specially designed facilities are available throughout the site to assist, guide and support you at all times.
The accessible festival map — including the mobility-friendly route and all accessible facilities — is available HERE, as a leaflet at the festival entrance and at the info stand. As the festival takes place in a park with uneven terrain and slopes, secured pathways have been specially put in place. Volunteers in blue t-shirts are on hand to assist you at any time. Guide dogs are welcome.
PARKING
Around fifty free parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility at Parking P1 of the Trade Mart, located on Avenue de l'Atomium. Access is granted on presentation of a valid disabled parking card.
GENERAL ACCESS
- A dedicated entry lane for people with reduced mobility, with adapted barriers, ensures a smooth and quick access to the festival.
- Raised platforms exclusively reserved for people with reduced mobility are set up near the Red Stage and Green Stage, offering an unobstructed view of the artists. Please note: the Green Stage platform has moved to a new location this year — find it on the map. Volunteers are nearby if you need assistance.
- The Dub and Black stages do not have dedicated platforms, but our team will do their best to ensure you can enjoy the concerts comfortably.
- Accessible picnic tables are available near the Black Stage.
- Accessible drinking water points are available across the site.
- Guide dogs are welcome throughout the festival.

FIRST AID & SUPPORT
A first aid station is provided by the Red Cross — check the map for its location. If you experience any difficulty — whether physical, emotional or related to discrimination — you are welcome to visit the Care Zone or reach out to the Care Team, recognisable by their pink t-shirts and helium balloons. The Care Team is available 24/7 and can be contacted anonymously at 0470 09 99 01 (also on WhatsApp).
FOODTRUCKS
Foodtrucks at the festival are independent vendors. While we cannot guarantee full accessibility for each one, they are all made aware of the issue and strongly encouraged to adapt their space to welcome people with reduced mobility. Our volunteer team remains available to guide you towards the most accessible options.
TOILETS
Accessible toilets are available at several key locations across the site. Their exact positions are marked on the festival map.
CAMPING
The entire camping area is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Ramps are in place to facilitate wheelchair access throughout, and assistants are available at all times to support you.
YOUR FEEDBACK MATTERS!
A suggestion box is available at the Info Stands — we welcome your ideas, comments and feedback. You will also be able to rate your post-festival experience via a Google Form, available here and on the festival brochure.
Thanks to the support of the French Community (PHARE service) and the Brussels-Capital Region (Equal Opportunities service), we are able to improve our accessibility provisions year after year.
