Dear group leader,
If you have arrived on this page, it means that your group considers volunteering at Couleur Café 2026 this summer! We need groups from the first day of our build-up up to the last day of deconstruction, from June 15 to July 3, 2026.
Through this link, you can send us the necessary information for our organization, such as your availability and the number of people in your group. Afterward, we will contact you by email to finalize your registration.

FAQ
What are the recompenses for a group working at Couleur Café?
- A volunteer payment for the entire period worked.
- A "STAFF" t-shirt for each group member working during the festival days.
- 5 drink tickets per member per day worked at the festival.
- One meal per member per day worked.
- The priceless experience of participating in the best festival in Brussels. 😉
What is expected of the group leader?
In advance:
- Complete the group registration form.
- Ensure smooth and quick communication between your group and the Couleur Café team.
On working days:
- Make sure each group member is present and on time.
- Ensure that all volunteers check in at the start of each workday. (Important for your payment).
After the working days:
- Send an invoice with the agreed amount so we can proceed with payment.
Is there a minimum number of days/members worked?
The more the merrier, but most importantly, the estimated number of members available should be as realistic as possible.
Is it possible for groups to work only during the festival?
This is possible, but only for all three days of the festival. Good to know, however, is that we always privilege groups who can also come and help in the build-up and/or breakdown.
