How do I register as a volunteer during the festival?
June 26, 27, AND 28
Registration is done via Eventication.
If you’re already part of the family and have an Eventication account, log in and register for Couleur Café 2026! Need a quick reminder? Check out the tutorial starting at minute 0:54.
If you’re new to the adventure: WELCOME !
Here’s a short tutorial to help you with your registration.
Steps to follow :
STEP 1
Create your profile on Eventication and confirm your account via the link you receive in your email.
STEP 2
You’re almost there!
Go to Eventication and register for Couleur Café 2026 by clicking on the logo and then on “I’m applying.”
- Complete your personal information.
- Check the festival dates.
- Choose the area where you want to work. You can also select a second choice in case your first choice isn’t available. You can rank these choices in order of preference.
- Confirm your choices.
A space is reserved for you to give us some additional information (preferred colleagues/trusted person/motivations…). We’ll do our best to take that into account.
Your application will be confirmed within two hours; confirmation of your participation will follow a few weeks later.

What can I expect as a reward for volunteering?
- An exclusive "STAFF" t-shirt
- Access to the festival, with enough breaks to enjoy it fully

What is expected of me as a volunteer?
- That you’re available for all three days of the festival.
- That you can attend the briefing on Wednesday or Thursday before the festival. The exact time will be communicated later.
- That you take your role seriously—we rely on the goodwill and commitment of everyone.
What are the tasks I can do?
There are plenty of opportunities for everyone!
We're looking for volunteers for the bar, Care Team, Safety Crew, VIP area, entertainment, welcoming the public, assisting people with reduced mobility, artist hospitality, the tattoo corner, and much more!
For detailed info, we recommend starting your registration through Eventication. Once you've selected your days, you'll see all the areas with full task descriptions.
Applications for the decoration team—the crew that makes the Couleur Café experience so unique—will open on March 15, 2026.
